Concord Public Schools has secured a contract with David French Music of Westborough, MA. As a comprehensive provider, David French Music offers sales, rentals, and repairs, conveniently facilitated through a weekly drop-off/pick-up service at each of our school buildings. We believe that this partnership will greatly enhance the convenience and accessibility of musical instrument services for our students and their families.
David French Music offers online rentals and delivery of instruments/supplies directly to your child's school building. For your child to receive their instrument rental on time, all rental orders must be submitted at least 48-hours in advance of the determined delivery date for the upcoming school year (i.e. if the delivery date is set for August 28, all rental orders must be completed by August 26 (48-hours in advance). The 2025-2026 school year distribution date for online rentals will be shared before the next school year. All subsequent visits made by David French Music will be weekly (except for any emergencies), for the entire school year.
*David French Music offers students in need the opportunity to participate in their school music program through the DFM scholarship program. They offer instrument rentals at NO CHARGE to the student and district, depending on qualifying information determined by the school. Please contact your ensemble director for assistance.
We want to assure you that families who are currently renting through a different vendor are welcome to continue their arrangements as they see fit. Concord families are encouraged to choose the company that best suits their preferences and needs.
